Ah, talking about food made me hungry, so let's both take a quick break and we'll come back after our meal. 😋

So I had a sandwich with turkey salami. How about you? Ever since my Gastric Bypass, I learned to make better choices in food. 😃

I am trying to reduce my intake of fats, and I hardly eat anything sweet anymore. I no longer have a sweet tooth, either. Hmm, or perhaps it's the one that was pulled a while ago. 😁

Some people think it's the easy way, but there are a lot of sacrifices when you want to maintain a good weight after the surgery. It feels as if I have gotten a fresh start now. Wish the wrinkles on my skin would have gone back to when I was 20 too. 😜

My only regret is not having done this much sooner. Since my joint problems got worse, I felt as if I was gradually losing grip on my weight, and the numbers on my scale only went up. 😵

My opinion on the Body Cream

I love that this is vegan. It's a rich cream that doesn't get absorbed into your skin immediately. You really have to rub it in, but I suppose that's just the point to have your partner, mom or friend give you that wonderful moment of relaxation while rubbing in that body cream. 😋

At first, my skin felt a little greasy, but that feeling didn't last long and made way for soft skin. I also love the scent, which is definitely present but not too strong. 😍

I applied the body cream immediately after I took a shower. You are probably thinking, why? I found on the internet that your skin has the maximum moisture after a shower and dermatologists recommend using your moisturizer right after the shower. 😊
