Seadbeady's Finds on Etsy - Vintage clothing

Hi There.....Are you ready for some more finds?

Actually Etsy is not only for handmade but there are also a lot of vintage sellers on Etsy too. Are you a fan of Vintage?

Vintage are often designer or handmade clothes that are typical for a certain era. The term Vintage goes for clothing from 1920 up to the eighties. Older clothing is considered antique and will be popular with collectors but seldom worn.

So today I wanted to show you some of the vintage clothing you can find on Etsy 😃

Introducing to you - DonnaDesigned

Hi there.....Are you ready to be introduced to another lovely Etsy shop?

Ok then let me tell you a bit about DonnaDesigned today 😊

She began to sew after finishing 6th grade. First her own clothes, next came her wedding dress and I suppose you can guess what followed. Off course the kids clothes.

Through the years she added other crafting skills such as counted cross stitch, jewelry making and crocheting. But she always got drawn back to sewing. Friends and Family inspired her to explore selling possibilities. So when her niece asked her to join in her craft booth, she agreed and started building up an inventory of purses and doll clothes. Her Etsy shop contains a large inventory of doll clothes for 18 inch dolls both girl and boy.

So today I wanted to show you some of her sweet creations 😃

Seadbeady's Finds on Etsy - Aprons

Hi There.....Wondering what I cooked up for you today? Looking forward to some Etsy Finds?

I can only hope you do cause the more readers the merrier 😉 Actually I am quite happy with the audience I built up so far. Most of my posts are being read about 100 to 150 times. Not too bad if you know that I have only been blogging for about 2 months.....So tx for reading and commenting 😁

This time I chose to show you some aprons. Do you use one when cooking? I have a real nice one but I sometimes forget to put it on. And then the obvious happens off course and I end up in dirty clothes 😦

Gift Guide By Seadbeady 2

Hi There.....Are you in the mood for some more gifts today? I sure hope so cause I made you a wonderful gift set again. This time not just for cat lovers, but for all animal lovers 😇

It might surprise you that it takes me about an hour to make these kind of sets. But putting them together feels as if I am painting a picture. And yes I do know a thing or two about painting too. I took several classes over the years.....charcoal drawing, pastel drawing, oilpainting, aquarel painting. As soon as my knee is healed a bit more I am sure gonna get back into painting aquarels. I also have an art shop on Etsy, but it needs some filling up for shure. This is for example the last one I painted. And what do you think? Should I get my head out of the clouds and stop painting?

Introducing to you - SkullcatDesignShop

Hello My Lovely Readers..... Today I would like to introduce you to SkullcatDesignShop

It's a shop from a passionate 25 year old designer and she makes the most cute accessories. She combines different styles like Gothic, Decora, Visual Kei, Fairy Kei, Rockabilly and Pop Art to create a unique look. She recently opened a new Etsy shop, hoping to get more exposure and maybe someday - rather sooner than later off course - be able to make her hobby into a profession.

Her designs are mainly cute but at the same time somewhat gruesome and that is where her shopname originated from. I really like her designs so I wanted to show them to you today.

Seadbeady's Finds on Etsy - Lampwork beads

If you could name one thing you would always be happy with to get as a small gift.......What would it be? Some people would have to think about that question. Others like me would have their answer ready in a second.

Maybe you could guess what mine would be? It's not that hard cause I use them almost every day. Yes them so it's almost always more than one. And some of you might also know that I am quite addicted to them. 😀

Beads off course in all kinds of sizes and shapes. I already have a nice collection in my closet.......but there is always room for more 😏

Have you ever heard of lampwork beads? They are beads made of melted glass that is formed by blowing and shaping with tools. They require a lot of technique and some are really works of art.

Today I chose some lovely beads from Etsy shops to show to you.
