Interview With Jewelry Designer Beverly Price
Hi There..... Are you in for a new jewelry designer interview?
It would be the easiest if you just say yes. Come on, humor me, and give me what I want, or I won't stop whining until the end of this blog post. 😜
All you have to do is confirm that a jewelry designer interview is exactly what you hoped. If you don't want to end up with a completely wet device, I'd advise you to do so. It doesn't matter to me if you mean it or not. 😏
The thing is. I can't see your face, so it's impossible to tell if you are genuinely happy with my subject or not. Perhaps someday in the future, I can look straight into my reader's eyes to see their emotions. 😉
Can you imagine writing something and coming back afterward to see if your writings made people happy, bored, or even angry? Wouldn't that be a great thought for a science fiction movie? Books, blog posts, or any kind of writing that would store the emotions of their readers. 😎
Who knows, it may happen in the future. You never know what they might invent next. For the time being, I'll settle for a comment at the end of this blog post. 😁
Oh wow, is it that late already? High time to let the 64-year-old Beverly Price, Founder, CEO, and Statement Jewelry Designer of Nastava Artisan Jewelry do the talking.
I am the founder and CEO of Nastava Artisan Jewelry, and I design all of our one-of-a-kind and custom statement jewelry.
Fifteen years ago, I fell in love with the energy of the stones and the creative strength I get from designing. After many years in the world of corporate finance, where my creativity was squashed, I felt pressured to dress like a man. My jewelry design was the return to myself that I had dreamed of.
Absolutely. I believe fashion and jewelry are an outward expression of a woman’s self-worth, often increasing her confidence, self-esteem, and empowerment. Anyone who puts on fashionable clothes, makeup, and luxurious jewelry is immediately transformed.
I was previously a senior executive of a large financial services firm and an advertising agency. I got my MBA at the age of 45. More importantly, I created my jewelry design firm and recently sold more in the first quarter of 2022 than I did all the previous year.
Yes, in fact, the name of my brand represents energy and strength and is a combination of the names of the most important women in my life.
I love L’Agence, Ravella, and others, and of course, Nastava Artisan Jewelry.
Eclectic, fashionable, and high-end. My clothing can vary with my mood and occasion – elegant, professional, casual, bohemian, classic, and coastal. I love to express all the different parts of myself through my signature style.
Years ago, I began wearing professional attire that mimicked a man's suit. I remember following a book called Dress for Success with straight gray and black-suited looks, bow ties, no jewelry, and bland pumps. I needed more to express myself, so I added color, flair, a woman’s touch, and gorgeous jewelry to create my own professional look. In my workroom, where I create jewelry, I’m very casual. When I’m out and about, I can exhibit a variety of styles and looks.
Absolutely. By adding Nastava Artisan Jewelry, a woman’s style is taken to another level. She shows her inner energy through a variety of designs made just for her. Her self-expression fuels her self-empowerment, and she turns heads for all the right reasons.
Statement Jewelry. We are moving from the minimalist movement to larger expression, which personifies the transition that women are leading. We are moving from meek to bold.
Any trend that prevents women from expressing their uniqueness, and pieces that look like what everyone else is wearing.
Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Expressing yourself through fashion will allow your outer beauty to truly shine. There is no better way to make a personal statement than with statement jewelry!
Cate Blanchett – She is elegant, statement-making, and unafraid to express herself through a variety of styles.
For so long, the average woman has held herself back and not expressed herself in her outward appearance. We need to encourage all women to identify and express their personal style, not just the trend of the moment, but to tap into their own confidence and empowerment. Women have strength, beauty, and energy, and they need to own their own power.
Thank you, Beverly, for answering my questions. Your jewelry designs are impressive. I love those bridal headpieces of yours. 😍
